Why are the mid major conferances such as WAC,MWC,MAC and C-USA forced to Play Up and be undefeated just to get a sniff at a major game and the chosen few conferances can play a mostly D2 OOC and stll be eligable for the big money.Has the increasing number of victories by the Mids over the Majors not proved to NCAA satisfaction that parity exists everywhere except at bowl time. This is surly an anti-trust violation that just enables the rich to get richer while the rest of the programs fight, to the dismay of the fans for the scraps that we are eligable for.
The time for change is now,call or write your congressman and explain how our institutions of learning are being discriminated against buy the old gaurd of schools. At one time this system was justified but the parity of today make the old system invalid and unjust. Congress was already investigating this issue and that is when the BCS tossed us a bone with many strings attached. Act now .We as mid major programs have had too little for too long.
